Product Application

Prestressed concrete bars (PC bars) have the characteristics of high strength and toughness, low relaxation, strong grip with concrete, good weldability, upsetting properties, and material saving. They are widely used in making the foundations of high-rise buildings. Concrete pipe piles and other prestressed components have a very broad market.

PC Steel Bar

Steel Bars for Prestressed Concrete (PC Steel Bars) is a high-tech prestressed steel material developed by Japan's Nippon Kokusai Kogyo in the 1960s. It boasts features such as high strength and toughness, low relaxation, strong grip with concrete, excellent weldability, and good forgeability, which helps save materials. Both domestically and internationally, PC Steel Bars have been widely used in prestressed concrete components like high-strength centrifugal piles, power poles, and viaduct piers. They enjoy a particularly broad market in the international arena, especially in Southeast Asia.

End Plate

The steel members at each end of a pre-tensioned prestressed concrete pile used for prestressing tension anchorage in production and connection during construction are called end plates.

Welding Materials

Our welding materials products consist of three major series: solid welding wires, flux-cored welding wires, and welding electrodes, with over 200 varieties in total. In addition to their conventional applications, our products are also evolving towards specialized welding materials for high-strength steel, heat-resistant steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals. These welding materials are widely used in various industries, including steel structure construction, shipbuilding, pressure vessels, oil pipelines, rail transit, marine engineering, and nuclear power.

Automatic spraying of anti-rust paint

Anti-rust paint is automatically sprayed on the surface of PC steel rods, and anti-rust products for rainy season have been developed.
End plate weld automatic marking system

Use visual capture to automatically identify and mark welds to position the punch for subsequent processes to ensure accurate punching positions and improve productivity and quality.
Intelligent control system

It is the first domestic product to achieve automatic and precise welding and automatic quality inspection of end plates by adding technologies such as automatic identification, interconnected communication, and intelligent control. The welding efficiency and welding quality will be greatly improved.
Prestressed concrete bars (PC bars)

When producing marine piles, the pipe diameter is relatively large, generally 800-1200mm, and the largest even reaches 1500mm. When selecting prestressed steel bars, the steel bars are required to be 14mm or above. Through the concerted efforts of all departments, we successfully prepared samples that met customer needs and delivered them to customers for trial, which received positive reviews.
